• Please visit our return portal at shopunderstatement.com/returns to register your return. It will need your order number and email for registration

• The right of withdrawal, return does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund

• We currently do not offer exchange service for Sales product

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms

• No return for Advent Calendar

There is no return label included in your order. To register your return and start the return process, please visit our retuen page shopunderstatement.com/returns

You will need to state your order number and your e-mail to be able to register the return.

Once registered, you will receive an automated email with further instructions on how to proceed. Please check your junk mail if you have not received the email within a couple of minutes from registration.

Please note:
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms
• No return for Advent Calendar

We are here to help you make exchange easy. Please follow these steps: 

1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order for the correct size on our website. You will need to pay for the new order and it will be sent to you right away. Exchanges only apply to the same product in a different size. If it is sold out, please return the item instead.

2. Then visit our return page at shopunderstatement.com/returns to register your return. It will need the original order number and email for registration. Make a note of the new order number.

3. Once registered, you will receive an automated email with further instructions on proceeding. Please check your junk mail if you have yet to receive the email within a couple of minutes of registration.

4. After we receive the returned items, we will refund you for that item and also adjust for any discounts you have from the original order. Your refund will be made into your original payment method.

• The right of withdrawal, return or exchange does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

• If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, the discount provided at the time of purchase will be proportionally allocated among all the items in the bundle.

If you would prefer to use a return carrier of your own choice, please take note that you will be responsible for the cost. Please ensure that you keep proof of your return postage until we have confirmed your refund. The returns address is:

We provide a pre-paid shipping label for 39 SEK in Sweden and from 4.99€ to 10€ for the rest of the world. The fee will be deducted from your refund payment. Please note that import duties for a return shipment are not covered by Understatement.

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or are missing the original packaging and hangtag.
Due to hygiene reasons panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

You will receive the refund for the return within 14 working days after we have received and processed your return. During sale periods the return process might take longer than usual. Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification e-mail.
